How to Grab Attention with Killer Headlines to Multiply Your Sales

March 11th, 2008 admin Posted in General Information No Comments »

It’s  90% of the formula.

Why are headlines so important? The answer is that as much as 90 percent of the reason people respond to a sales message is because of what they see in the headline (or what they hear in the opening statement of a salesman too!)

Realise please that you only have 4 seconds maximum, to capture your prospect’s attention. And getting attention is becoming more difficult every day as people are bombarded with more and more messages from an almost overwhelming array of media blitz.

Just think for a moment how you read a newspaper – you scan to see if there are any articles you might be interested in reading. It takes only seconds for you to scan each page. Now when you stop at an article of interest to you what makes you do this? Is it the editorial content or the headline? The headline may well be written in an editorial style, but it is always the headline that grabs your attention and makes you stop and read further. It’s the headline that captures the reader’s attention always.

Consider your headline as an ad for your ad. A good headline doesn’t cost any more than a bad one, so it makes sense to learn how to write them. Right?

New YearHope you had a nice break and I hope this year is going to be one of your best.
This year I intend to really put some good opportunities in front of you… The BizzOpps4U team will be scouring the market for the best business opportunities out there.

Now look, I can’t sit here and reel off some story about my ‘crazy new years eve celebrations’ because the truth be told… I did absolutely ‘nowt’… I didn’t move from my armchair all night… I ate cold turkey, drank tea and watched New Years Eve party revelers dance about/scream/shout and generally behave like lunatics until their hearts content.

The Money Is In The List! An article from our Internet Marketing expert Greg McKenzie…

November 14th, 2007 admin Posted in General Information No Comments »

“Bread and Butter!” That is what people say who are walking along and an obstacle comes between them. They release one another’s hand and walk on either side of the obstacle, then rejoin hands and say, “Bread and Butter”. It’s symbolic. Bread and butter go together.

Another way the term ‘Bread and Butter’ is used is to denote the main substance of an enterprise or a performance. “That is their ‘Bread and Butter’ trick.” This means that it is the backbone of their act and that they depend and rely on it regularly to sustain them.

Both interpretations of the term ‘Bread and Butter’ apply to list building and Internet Marketing. You just can’t have one without the other. You can’t separate the two because they belong together and, likewise; they are the sustaining part of an Internet marketers business.
List building is the first, most important and most constant of all the tasks that Internet marketers engage in. Their lists are their bread and butter and their lists and their businesses belong together. Neither can exist without the other.

Some More From Bob…

September 26th, 2007 admin Posted in General Information 2 Comments »

As I’m going to be taking a much more active role in the weekly newsletters from now on… I feel I should let you know a bit more about who I am and where I’m coming from…

If you’re anything like me, you’re probably fed up with the amount of rubbish and the number of so called ‘gurus’ out there that claim to be making big bucks… If you’re anything like me, the idea of discovering genuine, workable business opportunities with small start up costs and high profit potential excites you. And if you’re anything like me you are only interested in the facts and not the over exaggerated hype.

Let me tell you right away that despite having created several multi-million pound businesses from scratch (in the last 3 years alone one of my online businesses has generated over £10 million pounds in sales) you are not going to see any photos of me leaning casually against one of my top range cars…Nor are you going to see photos of me sunbathing on some tropical island…There is also ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I am going to put print outs of my banks statements on this site to a) prove I am who I say I am and b) make myself feel big and important…

I am a businessman. I build up businesses from scratch, I invest in start ups, I buy property, I surf the stock market, I go to meetings, I look out for opportunities, I network with other businessmen and women… I am passionate about making money and I am passionate about seeing other people make money.

Oh and by the way, I made my fortune with ‘real businesses’, you know the sort, businesses with offices, staff, products and services… I didn’t got rich selling business opportunities and then selling my story about ‘how I got rich selling business opportunities’ … I’ve changed the lives of personal friends of mine and many people that I know by encouraging them to break away from their jobs and go into business. I’ve pumped money into business start ups (up to £250,000 a pop) and offered my experience to turn ideas (often starting out as just a conversation over a beer) into big, established, respected and award winning companies. This is what I do…
